SUPPORT MODEL.

We specialize in unmanaged infrastructure. We guarantee and monitor hardware and network uptime 24/7. Management of the operating system and application layers remains the client's responsibility. Support requests are triaged by severity, with response times ranging from 2 to 24 hours depending on the nature of the inquiry.

NETWORK ACCESS.

To maintain network integrity and streamline compliance, our services are currently available exclusively to registered users and corporate entities within the United States and Canada.
